An NFT (Non-fungible token) is a digital asset that gives a user a unique, verifiable indicator of control and ownership. NFTs enable new kinds of technological advancements and digital experiences for fans beyond just art, as they have been used for, to date. Moonsault Genesis NFTs will be the gateway to Web3 experiences for WWE fans.

Web3 is the next phase of the internet based on blockchain technology. In simple terms, it means you can buy, trade, and own your data, which would include unique NFTs, and share them in an ecosystem.

Blockchain is a shared ledger of data, transactions, or code that is batched into blocks that are verified by a network of distributed users through a consensus mechanism. Each block contains a unique signature of data, inextricably linked together into a ‘block-chain’.

WWE Moonsault is on the Eluvio Content Fabric, a content blockchain that is an Ethereum Virtual Machine based blockchain that operates a Proof-Of-Authority consensus mechanism. All Content Fabric operations are recorded in the Content Fabric blockchain ledger and visible through its open ledger event log.

WWE through voice, video, and text. It contains public and gated channels. Gated channels require a user to have a specific NFT Flip in their wallet to enter. Users can add unique “flair” to their names if they hold certain NFT Flip or specific collections. An NFT wallet is a place that stores your cryptocurrency and NFTs. Think of this as your personal vault, where you can find all of your purchases and sales in one secure, convenient location. Each wallet has a unique ID (referred to as a wallet address).

You can create a wallet by signing up with your email address or Apple ID.

Simply sign in to your wallet and purchase your NFT Highlight with a credit card, crypto (via coinbase) or connect your Phantom wallet to use Solana.

The Eluvio wallet address can be found by navigating to your profile in the top right-hand corner and clicking on it. Here you can view your public wallet key which starts with “0x”.

When it comes to your account security, there are things you can do to stay secure. Create complex passwords made up of lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Remember not to share your account information with anyone.

A smart contract is software code executed on the blockchain. With respect to NFTs, smart contracts define and control certain parameters, such as how many NFTs will be issued, by whom, and of what types.

‘Minting an NFT’ means uniquely publishing your token on the blockchain to make it purchasable. For example, if you were using the Ethereum blockchain to mint your NFT, it would become a part of the public ledger. Once that happens you cannot modify it.

WWE Moonsault NFTs are minted on the Eluvio Content Fabric, a low-impact blockchain created exclusively for content creators. It stores and distributes video and audio in a fundamentally different way to current platforms.
